The Taylor House Expansion was completed almost entirely with donations!

ROSEVILLE – HomeAid Sacramento is pleased to announce the completion of its 100th project on behalf of The Taylor House with nearly 100% in donations. The Taylor House expansion was spearheaded by Builder Captain John P. Caulfield of Landmark Builders, in coordination with a host of incredible building and community partners.

“With each project we complete, I always find myself at a loss for words to describe the extraordinary generosity of our supporters,” said Beth Kang, Executive Director of HomeAid Sacramento. “From the design phase to construction to putting those warm finishing touches that make a house a home, I am grateful for the second to none support – especially from Landmark Builders – we received in order to facilitate the completion of this project on behalf of our shelter provider partner.”

“From the get-go, I was amazed and touched by the passion both HomeAid and its partners exhibited as we began this process four months ago,” said Lisa Peat, Founder of The Taylor House. “I cannot underscore enough the impact of HomeAid and its partners in turning this expansion into a reality and in a way that lessened the financial burden on our operations. Our clients will benefit from their collective generosity for years to come.”

The trade partners involved in The Taylor House expansion included: Appliance Depot; Arizona Tile; Astro Air Design; Basalite Building Products; California Carpets; Callison Construction; Capital City Drywall; Cedar Valley Construction; Conable Trim; Corian; Creative California Painting; El & El Wood Products; Exodus Design & Services; Ferguson Bath & Kitchen Gallery; Foothill Systems; GE Appliances; General Plumbing Supply; Golden State Lumber; Goldstar Insulation; Guiliani & Kull; Harris & Sloan; Homewood Lumber; Immaculate Cleaning; IRG; JKS Tile; JT Urbano Construction; Kelly Moore Paint; King’s Custom Cabinetry; KP Martin; Mike Tomasi Plumbing; Milgard; Moen; Precision Door; Production Framing; Red Leaf Development; Sonray; Southern Carlson; Studio 81 International; Tami Teele Interiors; The Truss Company; United Site Services; Valley Demo; West Window Fashions; Willis; and the Winn Foundation.

Referring to the contributions of the project’s trade and funders/community partners, Kang remarked, “The HomeFul Foundation, U.S. Bank, and the Teichert Foundation, as well as our trade partners, stepped up in a big way to keep our 100th project moving forward. Their continued support is directly connected to our ongoing ability to make a difference for our shelter provider partners and their clients.”
