HomeAid Sacramento Collects Essentials for Young Lives

HomeAid Sacramento is pleased to announce the 2nd Annual, Essentials for Young Lives, which is collecting statewide this year, much needed items such as diapers, baby wipes, baby food and formula for homeless infants and toddlers.
Pam Herman, Executive Director, HomeAid Sacramento comments, “In these uncertain economic times, the need is so much greater. We are partnering with Northern California’s builders, trades and associates, along with community supporters to address some of the basic care needs for children.”
HomeAid is working in conjunction with Wells Fargo Bank, Lennar Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, Personalized Dental Care of Roseville & Lincoln, McCarthy Building Companies, North Valley Bank, Starbucks, the North State Building Industry Association, YMCA of Superior California, Elk Grove School District Transportation Department, Pacific Oaks Preschool, along with other civic and faith groups to give back to those who need it most – Northern California region’s homeless infants and toddlers. New this year HomeAid is launching a collection at the State Capitol on April 26th with support from our Legislators. HomeAid is encouraging anyone who is able to participate by donating items.

HomeAid will be accepting donations of
Diapers (sizes newborn to toddler, pull-up, little swimmers)
Baby Wipes
Baby Food
Formula (some soy and iron)

About HomeAid Sacramento:
HomeAid Sacramento is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization founded by the North State Building Industry Association, and is a local chapter of HomeAid America, a national leading provider of transitional housing for the temporarily homeless. The HomeAid mission is to build and maintain dignified housing where homeless families and individuals can rebuild their lives.
